Since 2005, Bell has been a Managing Broker at NAI Black, one of Spokane’s largest and most successful commercial real estate companies.  Chris’ areas of expertise include retail sales and leasing, corporate services, and office sales and leasing.  He was named a top producing NAI Black broker in 2012, 2014, and 2016, and set a record for the highest ever gross commission income in company history in 2012.

In addition to his brokerage experience, Chris is also a licensed attorney in the State of Washington. While he does not provide his clients with legal advice, his knowledge of the legal aspects involved in a real estate transaction gives his clients a competitive advantage. Chris also serves the Spokane community as a volunteer in leadership roles at several organizations, including serving as the chair of the Ortho/Neuro Council at the Providence Health Care Foundation, as well as the Chair Elect of the Spokane Club.
