Erik Steibel graduated from Gonzage University in May of 2018. He chose to intern with NAI Black over his last year of college. He assisted us in the office with various administrative tasks and got to experience some of what it takes to work in the commercial real estate world hands-on. Erik was great to have around the office and we appreciate all that he did for us and congratulate him for graduating this Spring. Here are a few of Erik’s thoughts on his time with NAI Black.

NAI Black: What is the most valuable thing that you have learned at NAI Black?

The most valuable thing I learned at NAI Black was in order to learn about real estate you have to ask questions and get as much hands on experience as you can.

What is your major? How have you applied/grown it through your internship?

My major is business administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics. I have applied my major through the internship by using finance to determine how much a property can generate the owner each year by finding your Net Present Value.

What is your favorite building in Spokane?

Corbin Art Center.

We appreciate having you a part of our team Erik and we wish you the best of luck with all your future endeavors!
