NAI Black recently brokered the sale of the Opportunity Shopping Center at 12109 E Sprague in the Spokane Valley. The 69,400 square foot retail building is home to Grocery Outlet and Dollar Tree and has lease opportunities available.

 

The building sold for $5.3 million with agent Kaitlin Caudle representing the buyer, M3K LLC of Spokane Valley. Paul Sleeth and Billy Sleeth, both of Colliers International, represented the seller.

 

NAI Black also obtained the management account for the building. David Wright is the property manager. There are currently two spaces available for lease, for a combined total of approximately 15,000 square feet.
