Finding student housing, particularly in smaller communities, can be a challenge. This is just one of the reasons we are so excited that NAI Black will be managing the new Schoolhouse Lofts located at 520 4th Street in Cheney, Washington. Situated next to Eastern Washington University, renovations will be wrapped up in time for fall quarter 2017!

Currently under construction, these suites will be equipped with 100mb fiber Wi-Fi with a dedicated wireless access point in each unit. Not only are all units fully furnished, including a large screen smart TV, but they also have a state of the art heating and cooling system. With 11+ foot ceilings, 8 foot windows and maple flooring you will get the beauty of a historical building with modern conveniences.

With technology being in the forefront they also have an app based laundry facility. That means you don’t have to go digging for coins to do laundry or try and guess when the load is done; it is all handled through the app! The building will also have a sophisticated security system, including key fob access.

If you like being active the free bike storage will be fantastic. You can tool around campus or explore the numerous bike trails that Cheney has to offer. As the weather changes, there is still much to do. You can stay indoors and enjoy the large theatre room and student lounge areas.

The Schoolhouse Lofts has plenty of suite options. You can choose between a private studio, a 3 or 4-bedroom shared suite, or premium suites; such as the Eagle’s Nest, which has a fun townhouse/loft concept. If you need help finding a roommate let us know; or you can use an app such as Roomster.
